CLEANINJECT PROCESS

Information

This process is designed for swimming pool water treatment systems that use liquid chlorine and liquid pH-minus. It utilizes an L-port, 4-way PVDF valve to reverse the flow of the liquids (chlorine and acid) before they are injected. This flow reversal allows for the cleaning and acid-stripping of crystals deposited by the chlorine at the injector nozzle tip. This prevents clogging and avoids the pressurized tubing bursts that occur all too frequently. Results: - Consistent treatment via efficient injectors - Enhanced protection for maintenance technicians - Environmental protection, preventing chlorine contamination of the natural environment
Short description
This innovation is designed for pools using liquid chlorine and pH adjusters. The system employs an L-port 4-way valve positioned between the metering pumps and the injectors; by reversing the flow, it enables the chlorine injector to be descaled. This enhances maintenance safety and ensures water b
