Its structural walls and supporting elements are based on high-performance PRIMASTEEL steel, combined with a reinforced PVC waterproofing membrane, creating a robust, reliable and adaptable system for competition pools, leisure and wellness facilities, hotels, fitness and rehabilitation centres, thermal environments and other demanding aquatic projects. The innovation lies not only in the materials, but in the entire construction approach: components are prepared in advance and assembled on site mainly through mechanical fastening, simplifying installation, reducing potential assembly errors and shortening the execution process compared with traditional construction methods. SOLEO PRO technology provides outstanding protection in aggressive environments, with a self-healing effect on cut edges and scratches and corrosion resistance stated in the technical dossier as three times higher than traditional galvanised steel. It also uses a thinner zinc-based protective layer, reduces zinc run-off and eliminates heavy metals according to the referenced certifications, contributing to lower resource consumption and environmental impact compared with materials such as aluminium or stainless steel.
Its durability has also been supported by independent neutral salt-spray testing performed by LNEG according to ISO 9227:2022, in which the tested steel samples maintained the integrity of the substrate after more than 1,6
