Here is a clear, professional overview of Poolstar and its commitment to the public and commercial sectors, structured in three paragraphs: A key player in the private pool market expanding into the public and commercial sectors.
Historically recognized for its expertise in the residential pool sector and its "fair price" policy, the Poolstar Group has spent the last three years bringing its know-how to public facilities, hotels, and campsites. While this market still represents a modest share of its overall business, Poolstar is enjoying rapid success here, driven by its technological mastery of heat pumps (HPs)—which account for over 90% of its sales in the commercial segment—complemented by its ranges of saunas and aquabikes.
Technological solutions tailored to energy and technical challenges:
Poolstar’s commitment is backed by a range of high-capacity equipment (35 to 100 kW, capable of cascading up to 1,000 kW) designed to meet the strict constraints faced by operators: electrical grid limitations, space restrictions, and environmental requirements. Engineered in-house, its 4th-generation heat pumps deliver high energy performance (Class A rating, efficient COP down to -10°C), utilize eco-friendly refrigerants like R290, and offer advanced connectivity via the Poolex app for customized remote management and monitoring.
Tailored support and comprehensive solutions for real-world needs:
Poolstar works directly with engineering firms and installers, providing support from the initial sizing phase through to project commissioning. This commitment translates into tangible results in the field: maintaining stable temperatures in XXL pools while reducing electricity consumption (at the Les Tournels campsite), cutting spa energy bills by a factor of five (Ice Spa range at Camp du Domaine), and providing reversible cooling solutions (for a complex in Cannes). By combining heating, cooling, wellness, and sports equipment, Poolstar offers a comprehensive, high-performance range of products designed for large communal spaces.
